APA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
PHASE 1 – BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The APA is committed to a one-country, one-vote governance model and will work towards that goal using a structured, phased approach. The purpose of the phased approach is to ensure that the most established countries with the history, experience, leadership, and membership criteria can guide the APA and its member countries toward the one-country, one-vote structure.
NOTES

The At-Large Directors shall chair specific federation committees. The board will establish these committees, which could include membership, officiating, marketing, IOC liaison, tournaments, grants, etc.

No more than 3 At-Large Directors may come from any one country.
